The house on Baker Street has taken in students for more than two decades. It started with a couple of spare rooms let to friends of the family studying at UCT, and grew as word spread among their classmates.

We have kept the same approach ever since: fewer tenants than the building could technically hold, rent that includes the running costs, and repairs done properly rather than patched. Most of our new tenants arrive through a recommendation from someone who lived here before them.

Parents are welcome to visit and ask questions before signing anything. We would rather answer twenty questions upfront than have anyone move in unsure.
