Furnished rooms, priced for students

Every room comes furnished and ready to move into. Rent is inclusive of water, electricity and Wi-Fi, so what we quote is what you pay each month. Rates depend on the room type and lease length — call or email us for the current figures and availability.

What the rent covers

Included in your monthly rent

Paid separately

  • A refundable deposit (one month’s rent)
  • Your own groceries and toiletries
  • Personal contents insurance, if you want it
  • Any damage beyond fair wear and tear

Lease terms

We work on academic-year leases that run from January to November, with shorter arrangements possible over the mid-year and December holidays if we have space. Deposits are refundable within 14 days of check-out, less any agreed deductions. There are no agent fees — you deal with the owners directly.
